Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard by Chip Heath, Dan Heath
Reading this at the end of the school year was probably not a good idea; you have to be in a particular frame of mind for this book and end of the year just isn't that mind frame. This was easily digestible and had good examples, but it didn't do anything for me.
