Brain Health as You Age: A Practical Guide to Maintenance and Prevention by Jodi L. Lyons, Steven P. Simmons, and William E. Mansbach
This is one that would have been better if I had read it physically instead of listening. This you need to annotate and tab the important parts you want to incorporate. My big takeaways were: 1)exercise is not just good for your physical health, but for your brain health as well. 2)Eating fish once a week can be a good preventative measure. 3)Some brain games are not actually doing anything to help your cognitive functions and they need to be researched based not just based on science. 4)Reading and learning new things are good preventative measures.
