Dust by Patricia Cornwell
I had issues with this book. A large part of the book focuses on the aftermath of the Newtown school shooting. I was not okay with that. The majority of the plot centered around a body in a shroud that ended up being not a single body, but part of a trend. Benton's boss ended up being involved with the cover up and instead of facing justice he killed himself. Frankly, I blocked out a lot of this book because I was so disgusted with the use of the murder of children as a plot point.
