A Curse so Dark and Lonely by Brigid Kemmerer
It's giving Beauty and the Beast but make it war. Harper is acting as a lookout for her brother when she sees a guy kidnapping a girl. She goes to stop him and ends up transported to another world. While there she gets to know the kidnapper: Grey. She also gets to know the prince: Rhen. There's just one problem. Rhen has to make Harper fall in love with him in the next six-ish weeks to break a curse otherwise, he turns into a beast and the most likely dies. There are a couple problems. First, she is desperate to get home because her mom is dying. Second, she likes both Rhen and Grey. Third, the witch, Lilith, is doing everything in her power to stop them from being together without outright interfering. Fourth, there is a war coming. Well, Grey takes her home. She is able to say goodbye to her mom who promptly dies. Grey shows up injured and takes Harper as well as her brother and his ER doctor boyfriend back with him. Rhen turns into the beast. Harper is able to tame it because he loves her and remembers her. Grey takes Lilith to Earth and may or may not kill her. But Grey also finds out that he has a claim on Rhen's throne. And that's where the book ends. I enjoyed this and look forward to finding out how the rest of this plays out.
